At this years tax appointment you will need to bring proof of Health Insurance for all family members. You will receive 1095-A if you are insured through the Health Care Market Place.  All other forms of insurance will receive 1095-B or C and need not be brought to your appointment.  In fact you may not even receive them before late February or early March.  I will however need a copy of your insurance card.

Once again you will also need to bring a copy of your property tax statement if you are a home owner.  This statement is the actual bill not the proposed statement that they send.  If you can not find your property tax bill, you can obtain a copy of it by going to your county’s Property Tax Web Site and print the bill there.  I need it to determine the Ad Valorem Taxes and Non Ad Valorem Assessments.
